PHILOSOPHY:
MaryEllen works with you to establish lifelong healthy eating habits. Experience has taught her that “diets” are something people tend to go “on”, followed quickly by going “off.” Instead, she works with you to identify patterns of eating that need improvement and assists them in making slow, gradual behavioral changes that will ultimately morph into new habits and long term success. She tailors each individual’s program to their specific needs based on the latest scientific research. Her goal in working with clients is to promote eating well, feeling well, and most importantly, living well.
